John Lurie – Down By Law LP Clear Vinyl

The soundtrack to Jim Jarmusch’s 1986 film ‘Down By Law’ is composed and performed by John Lurie, who also plays the pimp Jack in the movie. His world-weary avant-jazz pieces like ‘Please Come To My House,’ ‘What Do You Know About Music, You’re Not A Lawyer,’ ‘Strangers In The Day,’ and ‘Fork In The Road’ convey the film’s seedy but humorous crime story. Pressed on clear wax.
